This privacy policy applies to all personal data processed by Zinkensdamm Hotell & Vandrarhem.
When a guest orders or uses a service provided by Zinkensdamm Hotell & Vandrarhem, we collect certain personal information about the guest. It may be name, address, phone number, e-mail address and other contact details. We may also register information about our guests’ requests (for example, what kind of room is desired or similar).

We do this for managing and providing the services we offer, as well as having the opportunity to contact the guest before, during and after the stay. Personal data is also used to simplify future bookings of services. Guests may at any time withdraw their consent for further processing (not retroactively) of guest’s personal data by contacting Zinkensdamm Hotell & Vandrarhem at mail@zinkensdamm.com, and we will prevent such information from continuing to be processed. By a guest approving our privacy policy, the guest agrees that Zinkensdamm Hotell & Vandrarhem collects and processes personal data in accordance with the terms of this policy.
